Privacy

Your data stays on your device.

Soldoku is a single-player puzzle game. We don't run servers, we don't see who you are, and we don't know how you play. This page explains exactly what is — and isn't — happening behind the screen.

01 Information we collect

None. We collect no personal information whatsoever. Soldoku has no user accounts, no registration, and no login of our own.

02 Information stored on your device

Soldoku saves the following locally on your device so the game works between sessions. This data never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you delete the app:

  • Game progress — current puzzle, level progress, and hearts.
  • Statistics — games played, wins, streaks, time played, hints used, and fastest solve times.
  • Achievements you've unlocked.
  • Your settings — theme, custom colors, font style, and gameplay preferences.

03 Game Center

Soldoku uses Apple Game Center to provide optional leaderboards. Game Center is an Apple service, and using it is entirely your choice.

Signing in is optional

If you decline, or aren't signed in to Game Center on your device, the entire game remains fully playable. Only the leaderboards are unavailable.

If you are signed in

Soldoku submits these gameplay scores to Apple's Game Center service: your highest level reached, your fastest completion times per difficulty, and your total wins per difficulty.

What's shown to you

Leaderboards display the Game Center nicknames and scores of other players, as provided by Apple.

We never receive this data. Scores are sent from your device to Apple, not to us. We have no server, and we cannot access, export, or link your Game Center identity to anything.

Apple's handling of Game Center data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

You can turn Game Center off at any time in Settings → Game Center on your device.

04 Analytics, advertising & tracking

Soldoku contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. We do not track you across apps or websites, and the app does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because there is nothing to track.

05 In-app purchases

Soldoku is free and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content. We never ask for or handle payment information.

06 Permissions

Soldoku requests no device permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or health data.

Soldoku uses Apple's standard rating prompt (StoreKit) to occasionally ask if you'd like to rate the app. This is handled entirely by Apple and shares no data with us.

07 Sharing your results

Soldoku lets you share an image of your results using the standard iOS share sheet. Where that image goes is entirely up to you — we are not involved and receive nothing.

08 Internet connection

Soldoku plays fully offline. The only feature that uses the internet is Game Center leaderboards, and only when you are signed in.

09 Children's privacy

Soldoku is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. We do not collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal information from any user.

10 Data deletion

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete. Removing the app from your device erases all locally stored progress, statistics, and settings.

To remove Game Center scores, use Settings → Game Center or contact Apple.
